I hope you like the videos I am making about irregular verbs. Do you understand the difference between present simple, past simple, and the past participle? I will try to explain this again today.
Here is my video of verbs 31-52 on the irregular verb sheet.
Practice the sound of these words. Note that "read" in present tense has a sound like /i/ in "piso" while "read" in the past simple and past participle sounds exactly like the English "red".
EXTRA PRACTICE ACTIVITY:
Write "present simple", "past simple", or "past participle" next to the sentences below.
I will make a video explaining this next Monday, so do this over the weekend.
1) I do my homework every weekend.
2) I have seen the movie Frozen twice.
3) I have not been to Barcelona in my life.
4) She found her book under the table.
5) He plays football after school.
6) You have been my friend for five years.
7) I went to the supermarket yesterday.
8) She has made a pizza with her brother.
9) They always fight.
10) He saw that film last year.
Until next week!
-Michael
